The clinic has been running in Lokhandwala Complex since 2006.
The clinic is led by Dr. Manish Sonawane, BDS, MDS Orthodontics, with Fellowships in Implantology, Full Mouth Rehabilitation, and TMJ & TMDs, and Dr. Ameya Sonawane, BDS, who focuses on cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.
Yes. Millennium Smile Dental Clinic is a family-led dental clinic. The same core team has been treating patients here since 2006.
The main practice is at Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West. Dr. Manish Sonawane additionally consults as an orthodontist in Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik.

Walk-ins are accepted when the schedule allows, but we strongly recommend calling ahead so a proper time slot is kept for you and there is no wait.
The first visit is a proper examination, any digital X-rays that are needed, a diagnosis, and a treatment plan explained to you in plain language before anything is started.

Yes. Dr. Manish Sonawane is a specialist orthodontist with an MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics from Pune, where he secured the first rank, and an International Lingual Orthodontics super-specialisation.
Metal braces, tooth-coloured ceramic braces, and clear aligners such as Invisalign. Lingual (behind-the-teeth) braces are also handled given the doctor's super-specialisation.

A dental implant is a small titanium screw placed in the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth. A crown is then attached to it. It is the closest replacement to a natural tooth available today.
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution and often last many years without replacement.
Implant placement is done under local anaesthesia. Most patients report the procedure itself is not painful, with mild soreness for a day or two afterwards.
